1) Booking:
Studio bookings are subject to availability. To secure your booking, a deposit may be required. The deposit amount and payment terms will be outlined in the rental agreement.
2) Cancellation:
Gearbox Studios understands that plans may change, and sometimes it's necessary to cancel or reschedule studio bookings. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:
A. Cancellation Periods
Standard Booking: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the booked date are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Short Notice Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days but at least seven days before the booked date are eligible for a 50% refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within seven days of the booked date are not eligible for a refund.
B. Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least seven days before the original booking date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date without additional charges.
C. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
The processing fee percentage for cancellations will be calculated based on the total booking cost.
D. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure events (unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control), such as natural disasters or government mandates, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or issue a full refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by Gearbox Studios.
E. Booking Modifications
Any modifications to your booking, including date changes, must be requested in writing and confirmed by Gearbox Studios.
F. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your booked studio time and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

Access to the studio is granted based on the terms specified in the rental agreement. It is essential to adhere to the agreed-upon access schedule and ensure that only authorized individuals enter the studio space.
5) Liability:
Gearbox Studios assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the rental period. Clients are responsible for their equipment, materials, and any personnel on the premises.
6) Cleanliness and Care:
Clients are expected to maintain a clean and orderly studio space. All equipment, props, and personal items should be properly stored and returned to their original condition.
7) Termination:
Gearbox Studios reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement in cases of non-compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
8) Insurance:
Clients may be required to provide proof of liability insurance, depending on the nature of the rental. The specific insurance requirements will be detailed in the rental agreement.
